Selling for almost three times what the current owners paid for it, the Miami Beach "Castello del Sol" has been put on the market for $37 million. Although, even with 350 feet of waterfront property on the Biscayne Bay, 11 rooms and some gorgeous landscaping, it will likely still be difficult to sell the house for nearly 40 million dollars even if it is one of the nicest homes in the Miami area.
Another Miami Beach estate has hit the market.
Coldwell Banker's Jill Eber and Jill Hertzberg, also known as "The Jills," announced the listing for 42 La Gorce Circle this week. Asking price: $37 million.
Built in 1998, “Castello del Sol” has just under 17,000 total square feet, 11 bedrooms, 14 full bathrooms and three half-baths. The 1.63-acre lot features tropical landscaping, a lagoon-style pool, a tennis court, three teak docks and almost 350 feet of Biscayne Bay waterfront.
