Bayern Munich and Real Madrid got at it for Gareth Bale

German squad Bayern Munich are preparing to go to battle with Real Madrid to sign the Tottenham winger Gareth Bale. Madrid is ready to whatever it takes to sign the welch men but the Bayern is willing to do that and much more to acquire the services of Bale.

London, Feb 16: Bayern Munich are preparing to spend nearly £50million to land Tottenham winger Gareth Bale during the summer transfer window.

Pep Guardiola, who will take over as manager next season, will battle it out with Real Madrid to sign the 23-year old Welshman.

The former Barcelona boss will be handed a transfer budget of £100million in the summer to sign top targets including Liverpool striker Luis Suarez and Radamel Falcao from Atletico Madrid.
