George Clooney and girlfriend Stacy Keibler celebrated the holiday with friends Cindy Crawford and husband Rande Gerber in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico—again!
The couples, who also spent the holiday in the sun last year, appear to be creating their own T-Day tradition as they were spotted checking into their hotel, Las Ventanas Al Paraiso on Thursday.
