Succulent American caviar next to savory house smoke salmon, a braised monk fish and lobster stew to die for, and many more mouthwatering dishes are being served up at the Cafe ZuZu in Scottsdale's Hotel Valley Ho on May 20th when the illustrious cafe offers up a chef's table event.
Mr. Ron Burgundy once said, "I love scotch. Scotchy, scotch, scotch. Here it goes down, down into my belly." And if, like Mr. Burgundy, you're a fan of the stuff, then you might just be thrilled to know that Cafe ZuZu at the Hotel Valley Ho in Scottsdale will be having a scotch-filled chef's table event on May 20.
The evening will start with a reception featuring plump, scotch-scented oysters on the half shell. Afterward guests will enjoy a four-course dinner paired with a selection of scotch whiskeys.
