Charlotte Gas Prices Dropping

There's nothing quite as pleasant as hearing gas prices are dropping. The Charlotte area gets to have a smile on its face, at least for the time being, as gas prices have been steadily decreasing over the last month. Here's hoping this trend carries on!

The cost of gasoline continues to decline in the Charlotte area, according to AAA Carolinas.

The average local price today is $3.62 per gallon for regular unleaded, down from $3.65 a week ago. The current price also is below the average of $3.76 a month ago in the Charlotte-Gastonia-Rock Hill metro area.

Today’s average price in North Carolina is $3.62 per gallon, down from $3.65 a week ago and from $3.76 a month ago.
