The seemingly ever-present debate on immigration has been heating up lately and a rally was held in San Diego in support of comprehensive reform. Where do you stand on the whole immigration debate and why? Let me know in the comments below.
A group of San Diegans rallied outside the office of Sen. Dianne Feinstein on Wednesday to press for comprehensive immigration reform and in solidarity with the estimated 100,000 people who gathered in Washington, D.C., to push for a pathway to citizenship for unauthorized immigrants.
The event was one of nearly 20 demonstrations that took place across the country to mark National Day of Action on Immigration Reform. In California, activists, immigrants and supporters also gathered in Los Angeles, San Francisco and Sacramento.
