 Marina Palms Units at the Marina Palms Yacht Club & Residences in Miami are being renovated and being sold in the high 300,000’s. The price is significantly reduced compared to similar real estate locations. The project will cost an estimated $400 million. The units will also include top of the line appliances as well as granite counter tops.
North Miami Beach's only new luxury condo project, Marina Palms Yacht Club & Residences, formerly Marina Grande, plans to sell its units starting in the $300s a square foot, a significant discount compared to other waterfront projects.
The two-tower, 468-unit project will also offer an amenity available in few other projects: a 112-slip marina that can accommodate boats up to 90 feet long.
The marina is one of the most interesting aspects of the project because so few projects have one.
