Confusion Abounds over Perry, Mayer Relationship

Fans of either Katy Perry or John Mayer will be excited to hear that the pair shared an evening together on Tuesday, celebrating Mayer's 35th birthday in New York City. Described as a tame affair, reports suggest the two were seen in close company despite the break up reported by the tabloids.

There seems to be a new status of Katy Perry and John Mayer’s relationship every week, with tabloids reporting that they’ve broken up, then reconciled merely days after.

But one thing is for sure this time – they were definitely together while celebrating Mayer’s 35th birthday on Tuesday night at the New York City restaurant Freeman’s.
