Madonna's Madison Square Garden concert in New York confirmed one thing: Gangnam, it seems, will never die. The Internet sensation turned media marvel is still making its rounds, this time cropping up with a live performance from the creator himself, PSY, right alongside Madonna in the center stage, much to the pleasure of fans of either performer.
Madonna, "Gangnam Style," and PSY are not terms that one would ordinarily use in the same sentence. However, the South Korean pop star's appearance at a Tuesday night Madonna concert at New York's Madison Square Garden changed all that.
On Nov. 13, 2012, the female singer introduced PSY to her excited audience and explained that he had traveled all the way from Frankfurt, Germany just for them. Madonna, a style icon herself, even took the time to compliment PSY's bright red suit. As for Madonna, she was dressed head to toe in black, perhaps leather, from the jaunty beret on her head to the knee-high boots that accentuated her shapely legs. Her outfit also included a black top and a short, pleated black skirt that moved when she danced.
