The injury has cost the performer his appearances in New Orleans and Colorado, and puts his December 28th performance in question.
Vicious dog bites trumpeter is the newest trending topic online after Dirty Dozen Brass Band trumpeter Efrem Towns was attacked by a dog inside an Atlanta hotel.
Efrem Towns was injured in the attack and is now recovering at his home in New Orleans, Louisiana.
The vicious dog bite took place on November 18, and, according to The Times-Picayune, it forced the trumpeter to miss shows in Colorado and New Orleans. At this time, it is not clear if Efrem Towns will make it to his band’s show on December 28.
