A disastrous outcome for any television personality, FOX 5 seems to have washed their hands of the anchor while meanwhile her attorney is jockeying to reschedule her hearing.
FOX 5 anchor Amanda Davis had her first court hearing on Monday in Atlanta Traffic Court following her November 11 DUI arrest.
Davis did not make an appearance in the courtroom. She was represented at the hearing by her attorney, William Head. He asked that the hearing be reset.
"The next step is to come back to this hearing on the ninth of January, and at that time we'll either have something in place once we've investigated to try to present to the prosecutor. We'll try to do that ahead of time. Right now, we're still investigating the rest of the facts," said Head.
