With Alice in Wonderland as a fairly obvious inspiration to the interior to Vin de Syrah, this cool wine bar also has a hidden entrance that can be found down an interesting staircase below the Melting Pot in San Diego's Gaslamp Quarter. Rather than give away how you can find the entrance to this spectacular location, you should experience the hunt for yourself and feel that sense of satisfaction as you walk through the doors into a bar with such interesting interior design that you can’t help but feel there is an air of magic in the air.
Top-notch wines, cocktails and snacks are the standard at Vin de Syrah and coming here is a wonderful experience that everyone in the San Diego area should try out at least once. There just isn’t anything else like this in San Diego’s bar scene.
