 Steve Marcus Big name chefs from all over Las Vegas have come out to share their holiday recipes with hungry thanksgiving diners, all for free. Scott green, Mark LoRusso, Machael Demers and five other world class chefs were asked about recipes from leftovers and leaped at the opportunity to share delectable ideas for the thanksgiving remnants many will soon be faced with.
What’s for Thanksgiving dinner (or lunch)? A traditional turkey, a barbecue turkey, turkey legs confit, turkey gravy, cranberry orange relish, raw cranberry salsa, sausage cornbread stuffing and gingered butternut squash soup.
