Los Angeles Serves Lohan A Reality Dose

Racing off overseas instead of attending her probation hearing in Los Angeles over charges of lying to police after a reckless bout behind the wheel might not have been the smartest move for Lindsay Lohan, as she now faces nearly 8 months of jail time in what can only be described as a serious dose of reality for the flighty star.

Lindsay Lohan is officially facing hefty jail time, now that her revoked her probation.

 

TMZ reports that Commissioner Jane Godfrey has set a hearing to decide if the perpetually troubled 26-year-old should be locked up for more than 8 months.

 

Lohan wasn't present in court this morning, where she was arraigned on charges for lying to the police about driving recklessly when she crashed her car on the Pacific Coast Highway in June.
