 AP Photo Americas favorite pass time is back and spring training has begun in Scottsdale. All MLB fans from around the country are invited to join the locals and be a part of the fun while it last. The final day of spring training will march 30. Some resorts are even offering amazing deals.
SCOTTSDALE, Ariz., February 26, 2013 — Take me out to the ballgame, take me out to Scottsdale for Spring Training.
Major League Baseball fans can join players from around the country in the desert paradise of Scottsdale, Ariz. during Spring Training 2013, which runs until March 30. A few of Scottsdale’s best resorts are welcoming MLB fans with special deals that aren’t available at any other time of the year.
Montelucia Resort & Spa, a European-style property, is offering guests who book three nights, a free fourth during Spring Training. Additionally, they will receive a $50 credit to the resort’s new CENTRO Lounge, where they can catch Spring Training action on the nine-panel media wall.
