Nestled between the Biscayne Bay and downtown Miami, Bayfront Park offers visitors a gorgeous and relaxing outing with beautiful urban and natural scenery as the backdrop. This large 32-acre urban park is also home to the fantastic outdoor Bayfrong Park Amphitheater, complete with installed seating that accommodates more than 10,000 people and becomes the center for many events and festivals that take place throughout the year. Two of these major events that happen at Bayfront Park each year are the America’s Birthday Bash, a 4th of July celebration, and a massive New Year’s Eve party that consistently attracts more than 70,000 guests.
With such a close proximity to Miami’s downtown area, the park provides an area for locals and tourists alike to take a break before heading back to the fast-paced urban environment or for families to spend a day playing, picnicking or just absorbing the beautiful Miami weather.
