Pippa Middleton Real Estate Shopping in NYC

Having been spotted real estate hunting through New York, Pippa Middleton is reportedly looking to purchase a spot in the Upper East Side near Central Park. Likewise, her book Celebrate is only rather close to hitting bookshelves, which should mean a hectic schedule for Kate Middleton's sister these upcoming weeks. 

Guy Pelly, nightlife impresario known best for his former club, Public, and soon-to-open Tonteria—exclusively previewed in last month’s V.F.—is in love! Well, he’s gone on a date or two, at least. Pelly has been spotted out with Shirley Leigh-Wood Oakes, a.k.a. ex-girlfriend to Willem Marx, dubbed Kate Middleton’s “Marlborough sweetheart.” (Marlborough, as you’ll recall, was where Kate went to prep school and learned all those field-hockey skills.) So, to recap: Kate’s high-school ex’s former girlfriend is dating Will’s class-clown, bachelor-party-planning best mate. Ahem.
