There are numerous events available in San Diego for those looking to show their support for breast cancer survivors and cancer research this month. From racing to food to a huge Zumba event, there is something available for everyone looking to help the cause.
October is National Breast Cancer Awareness Month and whether you love to shop, attend events, walk or run, there are tons of different ways to support the cause. Check out the list below of opportunities to go pink in San Diego and beyond:
Susan G. Komen for the Cure of San Diego will host "Bras Aross the Bay" on Saturday, Oct. 6. The event, which kicks off at 6 p.m., asks guests to wear their "most fabulous pink outfit" and hop on board a Flagship yacht for an evening of good music, food and pink cocktails. $35 tickets can be purchased here.
