 Miami-Dade Corrections Peter Rosello was rightfully arrested after committing battery against a sleeping homeless man. To add further insult to the attack, the Miami homeless man was struck in the genitals by Rosello. There is no excuse for this type of behavior and many are hoping Rosello serves jail time for his actions.
The son of a "Real Housewives of Miami" cast member was finally arrested Wednesday for punching a homeless Miami Beach man in the crotch on videotape.
Peter Rosello, the model son of season one's self-professed "Cuban Barbie" Alexia Echevarria, surrendered to police on a charge of felony battery with prejudice -- a more serious charge because the victim, Gary Lee Brown, is homeless.
The investigation began last week after TMZ contacted police over the video, which was uploaded to YouTube, posted on Rosello's Facebook, and first reported by local blog Gossip Extra.
