Okay, let's get this straight: Paris is a wonderful city to visit during any month of the year and offers visitors, no matter the season, a vacation opportunity that will leave an imprint for the rest of their lives. However, there's something about spring that makes the city come to life in a way that the other seasons just can't compete with. However, this could be said about any city in the world as far as spring is concerned, it's hands down the best season we get to experience.
The first time I remember seeing the Eiffel Tower was as a child in the movie “The Great Race” with Jack Lemon and Tony Curtis. The crazy race finished at the Eiffel Tower, and I thought it was a huge, incredible structure.
Arriving in Paris for the first time, I could see the tower in the distance, rising up over the rest of the skyline as if it were guarding the City of Lights. Its unique architecture made it look like it was made from an enormous Erector Set.
