'The Price is Right' Nabs First Male Model in Boston

The popular game show The Price is Right is going to break new ground soon by having its first-ever male model on the set presenting fabulous prizes like blenders, golf carts and... A new car (probably)! From Boston, Massachusetts, the addition of Rob Wilson to the lineup of models is pretty a pretty significant step for those of us who have been watching The Price is Right for as long as we can remember. 

A Boston man has won an online competition to become the first male model in ‘‘The Price Is Right’’ history.

The long-running CBS game show said Friday that viewers had chosen Rob Wilson from among a trio of finalists who also included Clint Brink and Nick Denbeigh.

Wilson begins his weeklong stint alongside the ladies on Oct. 15.
