Classic Car Show To some a car is just a car but to others it could be so much more than that. To car aficionado’s, the 1940 Ford Super De Luxe convertible is one of the ultimate classics there is. And this ultimate classic will be available to the highest bidder at the 40th Atlantic City Classic Car Show march 1-3 at the Atlantic City Convention Center.
To the naked eye, the car is merely an old red convertible that great-grandpa would use to pick up the gals back in his day. But to the classic car aficionado, the 1940 Ford Super De Luxe convertible is a precious piece of machinery, and a hot commodity.
A hot commodity available to the highest bidder at the 40th Atlantic City Classic Car Show March 1 to 3 at the Atlantic City Convention Center.
“We have the greatest collection of cars ever auctioned off, all going to the highest bidder,” said Jay Silberman, president and co-owner of show organizer G. Potter King, based in Barrington. “There’s tremendous strength in this industry. People view classic cars as a stable investment. They want to buy keepers before they get shut out.”
