Elfreth's Alley
One of the oldest continuously inhabited residential streets in the United States, Elfreth's Alley dates back to the early 1700's. Tour the homes of the alley or visit the Elfreth's Alley Museum which tells several unique stories of early Pennsylvania. There are also numerous events throughout the year involving the alley and the original homes, most of which are still occupied after 300 years!
Independence Hall
This U.S. landmark is the location where the Declaration of Independence was debated and adopted. Completed in 1753, it was the primary meeting place of the Second Continental Congress and is a huge part of American history. Do not leave Philadelphia without visiting this historical landmark.

Among the largest art museums in the United States, the Philadelphia Museum of Art is a must visit attraction in Philadelphia.
