Upon arriving at Malpensa International Airport, getting to the city-center doesn't take long:
One can take a taxi service, but be aware of the price given before entering as the drivers have a reputation of scamming tourists.
For a fee of €11, one-way, a bullet train leaving Malpensa's terminal 1 to Milano's Milano Cadorna, which is located just 10 minutes outside of the city-center is another option.
Those heading to other destinations before Milano, like Turino, a local shuttle bus, connecting Malpensa to Milano Central and Milan Garibaldi Stations is the way to go, and it won't cost much either.
