The Keating Hotel: Urban-Chic Boutique Hotel

The Keating Hotel is the first hospitality venue designed by Pininfarina Extra, which is part of the world-renowned Pininfarina group, the Italy-based design firm responsible for the design of the Maserati and the Ferrari. The chic 35-room hotel opened in the fall 2006. Five room styles are offered, including a two-bedroom suite, two oversized one-bedroom variations, standard one-bedroom suites, and junior suites. The vibrancy of Pininfarina's sexy art-deco layout is ambiance in a bottle. It is sassy and uplifting from top to bottom. The electrifying red and white colors are everywhere throughout the interior of the hotel. The Keating has an exclusive guests-only subterranean lounge aptly called the Lounge. There also is a rooftop swimming pool with a glass bottom and a restaurant that is adjacent to the hotel. The Vault, which is the wine cellar of the Lounge, has a limited edition of Pininfarina wines from Italy's finest vineyards.

The sumptuous guestrooms feature high ceilings, exposed brick walls, and oversized windows. Luxury amenities include personalized in-room check-in, goose down feather beds and goose down duvets, luxury linens, in-room HDTV plasma-screen televisions and stereos by Bang & Olufsen, in-room espresso machines, customized sip-and-crave selection bars, high-speed WIFI, Dornbracht bath fixtures, custom bath amenities, and plush bathrobes.
