Sofitel also offers specials at their different hotels around the world, which vary from day to day, or month to month. Last month's offering was the "Prestige trip to Florence." The Prestige Trip to Florence began with a limousine to welcome your arrival at the airport. The stay at the Sofitel hotel in Florence included sleeping on a Sofitel signature luxurious "MyBed" for a decadent night of relaxation and sleep. Upon waking, you were greeted by a view of the historic Lorenzo Church and had use of the Movie Stars Suite. Not to mention, one champagne breakfast and one buffet breakfast as well as liquor and chocolates and flowers in the room and the possibility of a late checkout.
Although the packages may vary, some luxury offerings of the Sofitel International Hotel remain the same, including the "cultural rendez-vous," part of the Sofitel tradition and emphasis on culture. With the "cultural rendez-vous" package, you get to try a sampling of everything the luxury hotel and its surrounding environs has to offer, from a large choice of breakfast items to the opportunity to have VIP access to museums and cultural events. They even throw in a complimentary gift to help you remember your stay and new discoveries.
For traveling epicureans, you might want to look at the Haute Cuisine hotels. The Haute Cuisine hotels promise both "pleasure for the eyes and excitement for the palate." The Sofitel chefs reinterpret classic dishes from all over the world each night in the hotel's restaurant, promising a stimulating sensory experience. To help you remember your culinary adventure, you receive a gift meant to symbolic of the local cuisine. You can also get a cookbook signed by an accomplished chef, regional products and drinks as well. And of course, it is all served in one of the Sofitel's beautiful dining rooms filled with culture, influenced by the hotel's locale.
