Robert DeNiro's Greenwich Hotel

Luxury Hotels: The Greenwich Hotel, developed by native New Yorker Robert DeNiro, is a luxurious place to stay in the Tribeca area.

Robert DeNiro has been responsible for rehabilitating the Tribeca area of New York and the Greenwich Hotel is his latest effort. It has an air of exclusivity, attracting those who want to see and be seen. It also offers a specially built penthouse.

Service at the hotel is said to be excellent, even if you have special requests. It's a blend of old world charm and modern day hipness that makes the Greenwich a great place to stay and people watch from its active bar and convenient corner location.

Although prices are rather high, even for New York chic, the hotel makes up for the big bottom line with fun little extras, including complementary morning coffee delivered straight to your door as well as free Wi-Fi access in the rooms. The best part is getting to snack on treats from the mini-bar without having to worry about racking up a high tab, except for the alcohol of course. Too bad that doesn't make the treats calorie-free too. Hey, you can't have everything.
