Four Seasons: Tallest Residential Tower in Denver

Luxury Hotels: There are a lot of good things to say about Denver, Colo. It is ranked highly on numerous "best city to live in" polls. Its mountainous terrain and temperature make it a perfect winter wonderland, while the city's 20,000 acres of city parks -- the largest city park system in the nation -- provide innumerable warm-weather activities for both sportsmen and nature lovers. The addition of the Four Seasons Private Residences to the city's cultural hub, the Denver Theater District, greatly enhances downtown Denver's revitalization efforts.

The 45-story building, with an anticipated completion date in early 2010, will be the city's tallest residential tower and the fourth highest building in the city. The ambitious $350-million project consists of 102 ultra-luxury residences ranging from one-bedroom condominiums to two-level penthouses. Along with the residences, the project includes an additional 240 guestrooms and suites. Recent sales of the Four Season's two penthouse units have set a record for the highest prices paid for condominiums in Denver's burgeoning metro area.

The mountainous view from Denver is visible for more than 120 miles and includes approximately 200 named peaks. The city is home to three new sports stadiums, 300 restaurants, a restored historic district, and a variety of museums and art galleries. It boasts the second largest performing arts center in the nation. The entire area is in a developmental mode that is impacting multiple districts citywide. It is the ongoing process of progress that so excites the developers of the Four Seasons Private Residences.

According to Michael Brenneman, a co-managing partner for 1111 Tower LLC, the developers of Four Seasons Private Residences Denver, "The revitalization of downtown has elevated Denver as a nationally recognized economic and cultural hub of the West, which only further drives demand for a five-star hotel and residential offering." He added, "Four Seasons is the world's premier luxury hospitality provider; and with the arrival of Four Seasons Hotel and Private Residences Denver, we are capturing a new standard of accommodations and catapulting a lifestyle never seen before in the Mile High City. This is the first and only Four Seasons offering Denver will ever see and we're thrilled to be the ones bringing it to the city."

Nearly half of the condominiums are now sold. The lavish residences range from 965 to 6,100 square feet. Each unit features a spacious balcony and offers an extraordinary view of the cityscape and the Rocky Mountains.

Denver is a city of opportunity, adventure, culture, and nature. It is a great fit for the Four Seasons Private Residences. Maybe it would be a great fit for you too? Think big.
