Luxury Hotels: Town House Palazzo Vecchietti is a luxurious townhouse-styled hotel located in the heart of Florence, featuring 12 unique spaces.

The ancient building was originally built in the 15th century built on the design of Giambologna. The historic home was owned by the Vecchietti family, one of the most revered families of the middle ages and named by famous author Dante Alighieri in his Divine Comedy. The family lives on in the area, and can be found in the terrace of Saturn in Palazzo Vecchio.

Since it's ancient update, the recent renovation by Michele Bonan pays tribute to the most popular names in Italian art and architecture.

Alessandro Rosso, owner of the Town House brand, says, "it has been like a family reunion, Town House brings its philosophy "home far away from home" also to the heart of Florence...after the Seven Stars of Milan we have reached a very important goal: our first house in a historic palace cited also by Dante Alighieri and built by Giambologna."

The renovations have created 12 spacious and elegant living spaces, to create a livable feeling in the midst of an ancient city. The 12 uniquely furnished apartments include 3 suites, all with their own kitchenettes with the best in modern appliances, including: a refrigerator, dishwasher, electric stove in glass ceramics, extractor fan, water boiler, Nespresso coffee machine and coffee pads, kitchenware and cutlery.

The Leonardo da Vinci is the largest apartment, featuring pale blue wallpapers. It includes three separate areas with 2 living rooms and a bedroom as well as a terrace overlooking an outside courtyard. The luxurious space also includes a separate kitchen.

The bedroom in the suite can be furnished with either a twin or double bed and a wardrobe designed by Florentine artisans.

In the living area, guests can enjoy two divans, which can be converted into extra beds, along with four armchairs, as well as "the boat," designed by Michele Bonan, which is an extendable dining table that reached into the kitchen.

The suites two bathrooms use mou stone and are conveniently located off the bedroom and living room. As a special touch, one offers a Turkish bath.

The common areas of the hotel offer a large lounge with a fireplace, Concierge service from a multilingual staff as well as Internet and Wireless technology.

Wonderful place! Divine service! In the House there is a Butler who serves you the breakfast or offer you drinks and everything you may ask! Peaceful and elegant Palazzo very central located, just short walk to reach Duomo or Ponte Vecchio and all the main Florentine attractions!
