This great atmosphere and legendary service will be complemented by an unrivaled selection of champagnes, many available by the glass and in tasting flights.
On offer will be vintage, non-vintage, prestige cuvée, rosé and boutique together with fabulous rare grower champagnes from choice vineyards, made in limited quantities and lavished with the wine makers attention. In addition, Flūte Bar & Lounge will premiere exciting new varieties such as Drappier Brut Nature Zero Dosage rosé.
Flūte Bar & Lounge will also offer guests a full bar and a superior cocktail list, the latter mainly champagne-based and with the majority created in-house. Accompanying the drinks selection will be an equally innovative menu of light bites, spearheaded by a spring roll bar serving no less than 20 different fusion creations, the ideal accompaniment to a glass of chilled champagne.
Subtle lighting and four amazing private booths tailor-made for business or pleasure with their own volume and light controls will all add to the ambience. Music will play a key part in the Flūte Bar & Lounge offering, with a playlist created by top New York DJs Duane Harriott and Alec DeRuggiero. The venue will also present a full schedule of weekly and monthly events, including live jazz, DJs, food pairings and regular champagne tasting classes. For more details see FluteBar.com.
