JustLuxe Recommends:

  • Aubergine: Options abound on the Aubergine menu. Diners have the opportunity to create their own three, four or five course menu by choosing from a variety of dishes progressive in flavors. Or, guests may ask the chef to create an exclusive tasting menu, whereby a diner's only decision is to trust Christophe and his kitchen team as they guide guests through a gastronomic journey. Each course may be ordered with or without a selected wine pairing. A truly amazing dining experience, do not leave Monterey without experiencing Aubergine. Open daily at 12pm

  • Marinus: One of America's most celebrated restaurants, where Chef Cal Stamenov's acclaimed California Natural cuisine is beautifully paired with more than 1,800 fine wine selections. This multiple award-winning restaurant is open for Dinner, 6-9pm, Wednesday – Sunday.

  • Chateau Julien: Château Julien Wine Estate is located on 16 acres at the foot of the majestic Carmel Valley mountains. The winery boasts breathtaking vistas of the lush green valley where sunsets are unforgettable and rainbows bounce off the hills. This a beautiful place to go wine tasting, and just a short distance from a variety of vineyards. Open seven days a week, hours vary.

NOTE: 25% non-refundable deposit due at booking; final balance due on April 1, 2010.
