With 40 years under its belt, CroisiEurope is celebrating their anniversary with a 40-day river cruise through continental Europe. From May 5 to June 15, 2016, passengers will make their way through 12 countries starting in Seville, Spain and ending in Tulcea, Romania. Plus, guests will get to experience the brand’s various ships throughout the tour.
The package features four of the cruise line’s most popular sailings as well as new ports of call across Eastern and Western Europe. Passengers will set sail along the Guadalquivir, Guadiana, Gironde River, Seine River, Rhine, and the Danube rivers.
The itinerary includes shore excursions to more than a half dozen UNESCO World Heritage Site, prestigious wineries and the burial site of Leonardo da Vinci. Travelers will also get to view the works of Rembrandt and Vermeer and take tours of the Alhambra in Granada, Beethoven’s childhood home and the Château Versailles in Paris. The cruise includes a celebratory dinner with the founding Schmitter family in the Alsatian city of Strasbourg.
Prices start at US $10,900 per person, based on double occupancy and includes shore excursions, entertainment, on-board meals and laundry service.
