Day 1 — An introduction to Bordeaux and its wines
Afternoon arrival at Relais & Château Cordeillan-Bages; a Welcoming bottle of Château Lynch-Bages 2001 awaits you in the room upon arrival.
Private tasting class at l’Ecole du Bordeaux (Château Lynch-Bages): an introduction to Bordeaux vineyards with comparative tasting of 4 wines including a cellar visit at Château Lynch-Bages.

Day 2 — Discovery of the Village de Bages
Buffet breakfast at Cordeillan Bages
Meeting with your personal wine guide at the hotel for a gourmet Itinerary in the Village de Bages: tasting of local specialties (cooked meats, bread, chocolate…) in the village shops. Your guide will spend the day with you to give you explanations about the Médoc and answer all your questions. He/she can drive your car or we can provide a quote for a chauffeured car for the duration of your trip.

Day 4 — Food Market & Cookery Class

Morning: Meet your hostess at a beautiful outdoor market for a discovery of local producer. Lunch will be prepared and tasted in the Orangerie of the hosting Château in Bouliac (about 4 hours - wines from nearby producers included for lunch).
Afternoon: Private cellar visit and tasting at Château de Sales in Pomerol with the owner Mr de Lambert. This château is one of the rare Bordeaux estates to have been handed down in its entirety from generation to generation from the 15th century (according to availabilities).
