Miami Beach Dining: New York's steakhouse has landed in Miami Beach at the Fontainebleau Resort. Gotham offers all the prime cuts of beef that made it famous in the city, but now adds the beautiful weather and people of Florida to the mix.
Two levels of dining feature a choice between indoor and al fresco, with a hand-blown glass chandelier overhead and an open exhibition kitchen. The menu ventures beyond beef to offer seafood and specialty cuts as well.
