Send 2012 On Its Way At The Setai, Miami Beach New Year's Soiree

What better place to ring in the New Year than in Miami? If you’re looking for a place to party on December 31st, head to The Setai, Miami Beach for a VIP black and white tie soiree, replete with gourmet food, live music (and DJ), wine, and of course, champagne, courtesy of Taittinger. Guests will enjoy bites of Cones of Pata Negra Ham with Cr?me Fraiche, Poached Farm Quail Eggs, Maine Lobster Lollipops, and Petite Bouchée ? la Reine Wood Winter Morels while relaxing in The Setai Courtyard.

Later attendees will be asked to sit down to a six-course gourmet tasting dinner with wine pairings and a sweet finish. The dessert that will be served has been prepared especially for The Setai, Miami Beach by Roja Dove, renowned fragrance specialist. Guests can dance off dinner alongside Brazilian dancers and special acts, toast to the New Year inside The Courtyard, and enjoy post-countdown celebration, dancing and music until 2 am. Female dinner guests will take home Setai-inspired gifts from Roja Dove while the gentlemen will receive something similar from Asprey.

The Setai, Miami Beach is a modern retreat located on the oceanfront of South Beach. With Art Deco influences, this landmark building was originally built in 1936. Today, the hotel has been voted “# 1 hotel in Miami Beach” by U.S. World & News Report and “Best for For Romance” by SpaFinder Reader’s Choice Awards. Conde Nast Traveler also awarded The Setai with a spot on “The Gold List 2012” as well as “Reader’s Choice Awards Best in the World” and “Top 50 Hotel Spas in the US.”

Tickets for The Setai New Year's Eve 2013 Dinner & Celebration is $850 per adult and $425 per child (5-12) and includes a welcome reception, six-course gourmet dinner and wine pairings and the New Year's midnight toast.
