Santa Maria delle Grazie is home to Leonardo da Vinci's famous mural depicting The Last Supper. This church and Dominican convent is included on the UNESCO list of World Heritage Sites, and although the monastery suffered damage during the second World War, the mural remained unharmed.
The complexities of the church and architecture can be well explored before viewing the massive mural, and the entire complex is a true testament to Milan's Renaissance history.
