ATRIO Wine Bar | Restaurant, located inside the Conrad New York, has been serving New Yorkers and Conrad guests year-round a menu filled with culinary innovations, such as ricotta pancakes and Mediterranean favorites including seasonal vegetables and gourmet pizzas. However, to help celebrate the upcoming holidays, Chef Anthony Zamora has crafted a special Thanksgiving menu showcasing offerings that are both traditional and unexpected. With a Lebanese and Italian heritage, Chef Zamora is known for incorporating a twist of nostalgic flavor into his dishes, reinventing ways to resurrect his grandmother’s meatballs and salad recipes.
So if this year cooking seems like an insurmountable task, grab a friend, a loved one, or the whole family and head to ATRIO to savor Chef Zamora’s Thanksgiving feast. For $55 per person, this year’s Thanksgiving menu will include seasonal flavors with starters that range from pumpkin tortellini with Rainbow Swiss chard and sage brown butter to confit tuna belly with eggplant caponata and lemon aioli and crispy black kale with Jersey ricotta, black figs, and toasted pine nuts. The main courses include a classic turkey dish, basted with sage butter and served with chestnut and apple stuffing, but also incorporates a few of Zamora's surprising signatures.
Some unexpected offerings include the cider glazed Berkshire pork chop with Little Gem sweet potatoes, roasted black cod served alongside Beluga lentils, grass fed beef tenderloin with ox tail ragout and crispy polenta, as well as a fall mushroom risotto prepared with pancetta, poached farm egg and chive cream. The meals are also served with an inviting mug of warm, muddled apple cider which is sure to compliment the array of sweet treats. Think pumpkin cheesecake with Amaretti crumbs and Chantilly cream, chocolate panna cotta with blood orange and pine nut brittle, or an apple cranberry tart with salted caramel and cinnamon gelato. Dinner will be served starting at 12 noon and will go until nine pm.
In addition, to help those affected by Hurricane Sandy, residents of the downtown, Financial District and Battery Park area will be eligible for a 20% discount.
