Celebrity Real Estate: Everybody is looking for a deal these days! It has been reported by the New York Post that Justin Timberlake purchased a condo in the Pearline Soap building in Manhattan's TriBeCa for approximately $4.77 million. The reported sales price is nearly half million less than the current list price, and more than $875,000 less than the original price of $5.65 million.
Timberlake will be in sync residing on the fifth floor in a full-floor nearly 3,000 square-foot loft with three bedrooms, three baths, and five rooms overlooking the Hudson River. There are 14 floor-to-ceiling arched windows throughout, a super-size living and entertainment area, with four exposures, and a kitchen filled with top line appliances by Sub Zero, Wolf, and Miele. This must be what is meant by a New York state of mind.
The luxury loft also is wired to the nines with a Lutron Technology system that controls temperature, lights, sounds, electronic window shades and more. Additionally, Justin's new digs feature a built-in Sonos sound system, which operates over the Internet and plays different music throughout a house in accordance to the setup.
