Miami Beach's Cavalli Restaurant & Lounge Already Causing a Stir in its First Year

Amidst the bustling nightlife and neon lights of Miami Beach's legendary Ocean Drive, visitors to Cavalli Restaurant & Lounge in Miami Beach (which opened January 2014) will find incredible Italian flavors and signature cocktails in a super-chic and sexy setting. Sporting the same distinct style as its namesake, the venue features exotic animal prints and distinctive florals, larger-than-life images of Cavalli and mirrored accents.

Executive Chef Stefano Mazzi built the menu at Cavalli Miami with traditional Italian flavors as his inspiration. In fact, the restaurant's pastas are created by following his grandma's simple but effective recipe of two ingredients: flour and eggs. Dishes are offered à la carte and feature beloved Italian plates like crab ravioli, tagliolini, gnocchi and black truffle risotto, all of which are handmade.

Chef Mazzi's cocktail counterpart is Lorenzo Cassano who has crafted a beverage menu of unique refreshments crafted from local and organic ingredients. Cassano's level of dedication to cocktails shines through his sophisticated pairings use of the freshest organic ingredients, herbs, teas, roots and essences.

Upstairs, the ultra-lounge boasts music and dancing for guests to enjoy after dinner decorated in zebra and jaguar print.
