Orlando Culture: Winter Park's Bach Festival Society is the longest-running performing arts association in Central Florida, offering a concert calendar that continues all year-round. Founded on the 250th anniversary of Johann Sebastian Bach?s birth in 1935, the society performs orchestral and solo concerts on the campus of Rollins College.
Free community outreach concerts are performed every summer, before the showcases start in the fall. Then, in the spring, the society hosts the annual Bach Festival, the biggest event on their calendar. |
