Philadelphia Dining: Hovering on the edges of Old City is Amada, a modern tapas restaurant that holds authentic and timeless Spanish traditions at the highest degree. Chef Jose Garces pulls ingredients from all over Europe, the Mediterranean, and Africa in order to stick with the 800-year-old customs of tapas preparation.

Amada always has a selection of wines to pair with your small bites, as is the tradition, and the interior is a romantic setting. Local favorites at this tapas bar are the Lobster Paella, or for large groups, the whole roasted suckling pig.
