have also shopped there and I have had a GREAT experience. Everyone in there is friendly and was very helpful. The only ones that are brainless are the ones who don't read the store policy that is on the receipt and also right by the register. Most boutiques are going to have a stricter return policy because of the size of the small business. Go to somewhere like Kohl's if you have a problem with it. All and all they have the cutest clothes and all made with great quality

I will NEVER shop here and will make sure to tell everyone I know not to shop here. The girls that work there are brainless, if you purchase something from them they will not return it and will not tell you that. The owner is a stuck up snob with over priced clothes, you have seven days to return something but only for store credit. Only small no name boutiques have policies like that because they have no over head and are not about the customer they are about taking your money if you are happy or not. Trust me you can find these exact clothes at a bigger company for cheaper, I know because I used to sell clothes just like this and bought them for dollars and marked them up hundreds. I on the other hand treated my customers like they should be treated. This is not how you keep clients and this behavior will eventually catch up to you. The most horrible customer service I have ever received, not sure what company you think you are.
