Scottsdale Things To Do: Opened in 1929, the Phoenix Orpheum Theater was originally a home for vaudeville acts traveling the American Southwest. Today, the theater lives on as a home for music, dance, drama, and comedy.
Despite its age, the Orpheum still offers first-rate acoustics, equipment, and accommodations thanks to a recent restoration that also kept much of the original design in-tact.
