 Luxury Resorts: The Paradisus Palma Real Resort is now a certifiable five-star luxury resort. The Leading Hotels of the World recently granted membership to the Punta Cana-based resort of the Dominican Republic. Punta Cana, which is located in the easternmost tip of the DR, is a prime Caribbean destination. Passion is an adults-only restaurant with a romantic ambiance. Vento offers a distinctive Mediterranean flair, but also features diverse international cuisine. Bana's menu is decidedly Asian fusion with very original entrees and combinations. Agave is a decidedly Mexican with the majority of its menu. The Market Grill offers up numerous salad dishes, and Naos is a casual, poolside restaurant with various entrees and drinks.
There are three swimming pools plus two swimming pools for children along with tennis and paddle courts, seven whirlpools, full-service spa and health club. Guests also have unlimited access to the Cocotal Golf Course. Additionally, the resort has a full staff for special gatherings and corporate events with over 25,000 square feet of indoor/outdoor space available.
