Luxury Resorts: Curtain Bluff Resort is a beautiful, 20-acre beach resort located on the southern tip of Antigua in the Leeward Islands. Chef Christophe Blatz is the executive chef of the Beach Club restaurant. Additionally, Chef Mark Andrew Smith, who is renowned for his tasty pastries, is also on board. Mr. Howard Hulford, the owner of Curtain Bluff, started an import company to ensure daily delivery of the finest foods and ingredients for his restaurant. The wine cellar boasts a collection of over 25,000 bottles. For nightlife, there is live entertainment nightly, and a weekly beach party that feature steel-drum players. Caribbean-style cooking classes with Chef Blatz are conducted at the Hulford's residence. A free lunch and a bottle of fine wine are included.
