A View of CloudNine: The Sky Lodge
Luxury Condominium Resorts: The Sky Lodge is a six-story, five-star, boutique resort and a private-deeded residence club located in Park City, Utah. Located at the corner of Main Street and Heber Avenue of historic Old Town, this is one of the most vibrant vacation destinations year round. There is a steady flow of social affairs, events, and activities occurring year round, including the Sundance Film Festival every January. Members of the Sky Lodge receive 35 usage days annually. Advanced reservations can be made in increments as short as three days or as many as 14 days. Residents receive club concierge services for vacation planning and have priority access to all of the resort's amenities.
The 22 ultra-luxurious condominium-styled residences are available in two- and three-bedroom layouts. The two-bedroom units are one floor, while the three-bedroom condos have both one- and two-story floor plans. All dwellings have at least one hot tub and one outdoor deck to take in the scenic views of either the ski area or the valley. Two-bedroom units have family rooms and average between 1,200 and 1, 300 square feet of living space, while three bedroom ones are approximately 2,000 to 2,500 square feet. The Sky houses have three bedrooms, three-plus baths, family rooms and theater rooms. The singular penthouse is the roomiest with more than 2,700 square feet plus a huge deck of 2,469 square feet that overlooks the skiing area.
The Sky Club is a rooftop lounge that looks down on Old Town. Residents and guest have ski-in/ski-out access to Park City Mountain Resort. The Sky Lodge has an elaborate, Japanese-inspired wellness spa, the Amatsu, a complete fitness center, and a two-lap indoor lap pool. There is great proximity to the area's numerous restaurants, nightclubs, museums, art galleries, theaters, and upscale shopping venues.
The Helium Report states that there will be 176 owners when closed, and that exchanges are available in Napa Valley, Calif., and Bermuda. The completion date of the Sky Lodge is November 2007. CloudNine ResortClubs, the developer of this project, is developing its second condominium-resort project in the Wine Country of Napa Valley, Calif.
