Palmasola Estate: It's all About Personal Luxury in Punta Mita

Luxury Resorts: Affluent consumers' demand for premium service and personalized experiences is soaring to new heights daily. Exclusivity and convenience are absolute musts when it comes to delivering the goods and services to these unique and highly sought buyers. The pervasive trend is everywhere from personalized shoes to one-off bespoke automobiles to incidental items, such as personalized candies. The demand for highly individualized service and experiences is both an opportunity and a challenge to the travel and tourism industry.

Savvy providers of luxury hospitality accommodations consistently remain on the hunt 24/7 for the latest must-have amenity or specialty attraction to enhance the destination-exclusive experience sought by their privileged clientele. The sustenance of the most elite five-star service purveyors hinges upon their ability to meet the desires these demanding travelers and vacationers.

One luxury destination prepared to handle the challenge head on is the Palmasola. This wonderfully luxurious vacation estate is located near Puerto Vallarta in Punta Minta on the Mexican Riviera. Creating one-of-a-kind memories for guests is their specialty.

Bordered by a 300-foot white-sand beach, Palmasola is a 2-acre tropical oasis with 25,000 square feet of lavish living space. The estate consists of 11 architectural masterpieces designed structures in an old-village-like setting of a master residence, a guest residence, and two garden apartments. Guests enjoy a fitness center with a massage room. There is an infinity-edge pool, and an outdoor fire pit in this world-apart environ 16 to 25 service staff that includes a butler, a driver, an award-winning chef, a nanny, a wait staff, and more. It is the ambiance of an estate with the service of five-star boutique hotel.

Karsten Lemke, Palmasola's general manager, is responsible for ensuring that guests' unique expectations are not just met but exceeded. Lemke, an 18-year veteran of the luxury travel industry, knows what it takes.

"From the moment our guests book their reservation at Palmasola the guest experience begins," said Lemke.

"Where some luxury hotels and resorts make a pre-arrival call to each guest, we introduce them to the Palmasola experience and welcome them into our estate by learning everything we can about their likes, dislikes, what they want to get out of their vacation experience and how we can exceed their expectations."

Getting to know you?
All guests complete a questionnaire outlining everything the staff at Palmasola needs to build a unique understanding of them long before they arrive. Palmasola offers the amenities of a boutique luxury hotel, yet with the personal attention of a private estate.

Lemke further added, "Allow us to set the pool to the specific temperature. We are even happy to turn the hot tub into a cold plunge pool if you prefer. It is in these details that we transform Palmasola into our guest's own private luxury estate during their stay with us."

The concierge team at Palmasola has brought live flapping seals in to entertain guests of the estate. Another one-off experience involved a private turtle release. It is all about personalizing the experience at all costs.

They have booked chartered private jets and yachts, arranged small and large social affairs such as golf outings or fishing trips, and made special arrangements to ensure that guests receive preferential treatment in the community.

A Buyer's Market
Personalized experience and stress-free services are two of the most-coveted features desired by today's affluent travelers. Members of the luxury travel and tourism industry staying abreast are doing the best.

It's a jungle out there ... and a good time to be making plans to travel.
