Island Prime / C Level offers two restaurants with one view. Located on Harbor Island, each has its own unique character with different menus. C Level is a casual bistro open daily for lunch and dinner and offers al fresco dining. Island Prime is an upscale eatery offering a fine dining atmosphere for steak and seafood. Both are helmed by Partner and Executive Chef Deborah Scott who showcases her California Modern cuisine through dishes paired with creative cocktails and fine wines.
