The duo behind the acclaimed Terra restaurant in Napa Valley has brought their passion for exceptional dining to their debut effort in San Francisco with Ame. The menu here showcases seasonal Japanese-American cuisine featuring fresh ingredients from local purveyors, with much of their fish coming straight off the docks in the wharf.
Ame's menu of raw and seared fishes is complemented by an extensive listing of limited edition sakes and a 300-bottle list of handcrafted wines from around the world. Aside from the raw bar, they also have an assortment of entrees, cheeses, and desserts.
