The kitchen is run by Executive Chef David Bazirgan, the pairings by aptly-named Sommelier Emily Wines, and cocktails are prepared by mixmaster Jacques Bezuidenhout.
The modern-urban design of the interior is swanky and hip, and the menu is a beautiful blend of American dishes with hint of Mediterranean and global flavors. We recommend the slow-cooked Squab with black trumpets and bacon.
